13 is a Good Number!

I went to weigh in today at MRC. I was a little nervous, not gonna lie. See, when I was away in Memphis last weekend, I did go off program a little. I tried to do as good as I could, but I ate BBQ and crepes (neither of which are approved program foods). I did run twice in Memphis in the hotel gym, but I hadn’t worked out since I got home. So, I wasn’t sure what to expect at my weigh in today.

But I had lost 3 more pounds! For a total of 13 pounds lost! Woohoo!

I forgot to mention on here that last week I got to sign the 10 pound loser board, which was exciting. But it was great to see more results and that I hadn’t sabotaged myself.

I am stoked. I am looking forward to the next couple of times I weigh in because we are supposed to measure me, so I can see inches lost as well.

I am having a great time sticking to the program and am having great results. So far so good!
