21 Day Fix Update: After Week 1

So, today is my 9th day on the 21 Day Fix.  So far, so good.

It’s been pretty easy to prep the food and package it all up each day.  The program is easy to follow.  Eat this many servings of these foods.  Not rocket science.

I haven’t really felt hungry.  You get a lot of food, but it’s all healthy stuff ( lots of veggies, fruits, good carbs, and protein).  I miss cheese.  I’m only given one serving a day..and I just love cheese and would eat it more if I could.  But oh well.

The workouts have been challenging.  In fact, the very first one left me sore for several days.


I did well on the program for last week during the week, but the weekend was a wash.  I was party prepping (and sampling all my food!), I didn’t get any workouts in (Tyler fell asleep Saturday on the recliner…so I couldn’t workout!)…but I got back with it Monday.

As of this morning, I’m down 4 pounds!  I feel great.  I feel like I can stick with it for 21 days for sure. That will take me to December 22.  I may even keep doing it until Christmas Eve…with a little holiday break…and then get right back with it.

At this rate, I should be able to knock my 38 pounds off in no time! I’m already 4 down!  So here’s to losing 34 more. 🙂
