The 30 Day Shred was tough. There were times I wanted to quit. There were days I didn’t feel like doing it, but I pushed through anyway. And it worked. While 4.5 pounds isn’t a miraculous amount, it did change my body. I am going to be doing Jillian’s Ripped in 30 a couple days a week starting next week to continue with the weight training. I’m digging it.
