The best cookies on the planet.

I made these cookies for my mother-in-laws birthday to go with her cake. I made her a giant cupcake…and while cute, it isn’t big enough for everyone to share….so I made cookies to go with!

I got this recipe from the Tasty Kitchen on the Pioneer Woman’s website…and I’ve got to say, they are the best cookies ever and super easy to make.

Oreo Cheeseake Cookies

-1/2 cup butter
-3 oz. cream cheese
-1 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 cup flour
-1/2 cup mini choc. chips
-1 cup crushed oreos (about half a package)
-1 cup melted white choc chips (or any sort of melted white choc….they have some “dips” thing at Walmart you could use).

Mix butter and cream cheese with mixer. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and mix well. Stir in choc. chips. Scoop out 1 oz balls and roll in oreo crumbs. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes (until edges start to get brown and crispy. Remove from pan and let cool. Drizzle with white choc and enjoy!

They are sooooo good and I can’t wait for everyone to have them at her birthday celebration!
