Buffalo Chicken Bake

It wasn’t pretty…but it was sure yummy!

And it was the easiest thing ever to make! I had it ready in less than 30 minutes last night!  If you like buffalo chicken, you will LOVE this!  Me and the hubs sure did.

Buffalo Chicken Bake:
-2 cans chicken- drained well
-1/2 cup wing sauce or hot sauce (I mixed mine)
-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-several strips of pre-cooked bacon or one bag of bacon bits
-1/2 a container of blue cheese crumbles
-1 can crescent rolls
-1 tsp garlic powder and ranch seasoning

-Mix chicken, sauce, cheddar, bacon, and seasonings.
-Line a cookie sheet with parchment. 
Roll the cresent rolls all together to make one big slab of dough.  Stretch it out as much as you can to make a big rectangle.
-Mound the chicken mixture up in the middle and wrap the extra crescent rolls around the “loaf”  (I really hate calling it a loaf…but you know)
-Top with the blue cheese and bake 10-12 minutes at recommended temp until the crescent rolls are done.  Slice and serve!

SOO delish! Gooey cheese, spicy chicken, crunchy bacon, and yummy browned crescent rolls.  What’s not to love?
