Menu- Week of 7/4

So last week, the two slow cooker meals were staples around here, so they were good. The lettuce wraps were good, but need some tweaking to be worthy of the title of PF Chang’s lettuce wraps. But new to us was the Shrimp Etouffee. And its sticking around. We adored it. Put it on your “to make” list. Now. I’m serious.

Today: We will be at Freedom Fest, so bring on the BBQ and funnel cakes!

Tuesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake (from last week). We didn’t get around to making it last week….so here it comes!

Wednesday: Some delicious beef brats that I picked up from a local butcher. He says they will be the best we’ll ever have! We will see! Brats and onions with a salad.

Thursday: I got a HUGE bison roast at the butcher. So Bison slow cooker Italian Beef.

Friday: I am feeling ready for some fish…so some Salmon or Cod (I have both in the freezer) and some roasted veggies.

I am going to be using a lot of stuff we have in the freezer/pantry for a few weeks….so hello low grocery bill! 🙂
