On Plan Day 1

So…for me being on plan involves some planning.  I do GREAT when I plan ahead.  I run into trouble when spontaneous things comes up, or when I don’t take time to plan.
Sorry if you think this is boring.  I have tried many things, and I know accountability works well for me….so I’m being accountable by blogging about it.
Today I planned out my food really well.
I am using My Fitness Pal to track my calories and workouts and such.  If you want to be my friend there, I am brittneydeanne
For breakfast: Greenberry Shakeology made with 1/2 diet blueberry pomegranate juice/ 1/2 pineapple juice.
Morning snack: 100 calorie guac (ate about 5/6 of it) and 12 small cheddar rice cakes.  I LOVE this combo.
Lunch: 4.5 ounces grilled chicken, a “singles” portion of cauliflower and cheese, an orange (they are GIANT!)
Pre-workout snack: Oatfit Oatmeal and 4 ounces non-fat plain greeek yogurt with 1 cup strawberries.  Should be enough protein and carbs/sugar to get me through 3 hours of Zumba tonight!
Dinner: I had a change of plans I had dinner prepared, but Ty ate with his mom while I did Zumba. So I wanted to save that meal for tomorrow. So I stopped on the way home and got what sounded good: cereal and bananas. So I had some cereal and skim milk and a banana and pb. Yummy

I am trying to get between 1200-1500 for food each day…and today is logging at 1429
I taught 2.5 hours of Zumba (3 classes) today.
On plan day 1- check!
I am going to at least track the first 12 days (getting me through to March…but if it works for me to put this out there and talk about it…I’ll do it until I reach goal weight!  We will see how it works for me! 🙂
