On Plan Day 10 & 11

This weekend I didn’t count my calories…just tried to make good choices.  I think I did pretty well overall.

(and weigh in update:  scale hasn’t moved yet.  I was pretty bummed about it.  But I’m over it.  Gotta keep working hard.  I also am buying a good scale that will also track body fat and water so I can monitor that.)

On Saturday I ate:
Breakfast:  some breakfast casserole
Lunch: stir fry at Hu Hot (made mine with no noodles and lighter sauces)
Dinner: split a cajun trio sampler with Gram at R. Landry’s (had some gumbo, etoufee, and blackened shrimp…also split a bread pudding with Gram

Breakfast: cereal and toast
Lunch: 1 slice pizza and side salad
Snack: some pita chips and dip, one Cadbury Cream Egg
Dinner: cereal…and then later 1/2 a grilled cheese

All in all, not a bad weekend 🙂  I did make better decisions with food where I (before) would have made bad ones. 

I am going to extend this 14 days into a whole month.  I like the accountability of blogging this as I go.
