On Plan Day 6

After watching Lysa TerKeurst’s webcast (See it here- great word about God and weight loss) about “How Big is Your But?”  I decided to give up fried food for Lent.  I don’t typically give up something for Lent, but I feel like I need to do this.  I don’t eat tons of fried foods, but tortilla chips, and food out are not doing anything good for my body…so I am giving up fried food for Lent.  When I am tempted to eat these fried foods, I will turn to God.  He is my strength and my portion.
Day 6 went great!
Breakfast: Shakeology shake/dried fruit
Lunch: hot dog (plain) from Sonic(forgot my pre-workout snack…so had to make lunch my snack and then get lunch), dried carrot chips and hummus, and cheesy cauliflower
Snack: 90 calorie brownie
Pre-workout snack: saltines, pepperoni, and and orange
Dinner: Taco soup and ranch saltines
Taught 3 Zumba classes today.  Had about 1400-1500 calories today..which is perfect.  By working out so much, I need a few extra calories.  On track, yo!
