On Plan for February

Ok, this blog is about to turn into a diet blog. I haven’t been 100% committed to my healthy lifestyle changes, so I am publicly commuting to be on plan for the rest of February. A couple weeks of dedication should get me back on track. Stick with me. I feel like I need the public accountability of blogging myself through this. I will keep blogging about life, but I will also write in detail about my healthy lifestyle. Feel free to blog about your lifestyle and commit to these last 2 weeks with me.
