So today’s one thing is to let it go. Not in the Frozen sense. But to try and not hold on to those moments that make me frustrated, angry, and bitter. I’m not one to ACT on those moments…but I do let them sit on me for a while….which affects me in big ways. So this week, I’m going to focus on letting those things go.
