Honeymoon Chapter 1

Since this blog is for my memories…I’m going to break down our honeymoon one day at a time.

On the first day, we left Fayetteville and drove to Dallas. We were headed to the Parts Unlimited Dealer Showcase at the new Cowboy’s Stadium. We had a great time traveling, just singing along to the radio and driving. Tyler loves to echo the radio and make up new words, and it always makes me laugh. He is so cheesy and funny- I just love him.

The stadium was so huge and overwhelming!

They served us dinner…it looked so fancy….BBQ and yummy salads.

They were setting up for a motorcross race on Saturday that we missed b/c we left. We will try to go next year.

We spent the night at the Fairfield Inn Irving and got up early to go to the airport! We hotel had a great continental breakfast with breakfast burritos and Texas shaped waffles! haha. A great start to our trip!

I love gift cards.

Woohoo! We were so blessed and got so many gift cards as shower and wedding gifts. I already spent a few of them because I love to shop (and who doesn’t love to shop with someone else’s money!).

I went to Target and spent our gift cards on….

Mini muffin pan (which I already used to make sweet cornbread muffins last night…yum!)

A bunch of random utensils….
And the neatest palm veggie brush to clean all our veggies!

I went to BB&B and spent some too! I got…

A roasting pan

A curved shower rod! I can’t wait to put this up!

THE MOST AMAZING KNIFE BLOCK EVER! Its a Kapoosh Universal Knife block…and it has little fibers inside so you can put lots of knives in it. There are no slots, just the fibers, so you can combine different knife sets into one block. Its wonderful!

And a cool frame set. Its 10 black frames of different sizes for 10 bucks.

It was a fun way to spend my morning. 🙂 2 days until we leave for Dallas and 3 days until Hawaii!

I’m Married! :-)

We had a perfect day. I know people always say that, but for real, it could not have bee an ounce better.

The weather was a little cold while we took our pictures, but it never rained, and once we left the church, it was beautiful and sun shining!

Here are some pictures I ripped off facebook until we get our pro-pics.

They are out of order…sorry!

The unity sand ceremony…

Leaving from the church in a cloud of bubbles

After the sand ceremony, Tyler prayed over us. It was beautiful and was the only time I really cried.

My AMAZING bouquet. I cried when I saw it because it was perfect!

Almost there!

Ok, I woke up early and can’t go back to sleep. Why? BECAUSE I GET MARRIED TODAY!

Everything has worked out so perfectly, I’m a little worried what will go wrong today…

Here is what we’ve been up to since I got home-

Thursday, we decorated the church…

We got pedicures….

We decorated the rehearsal dinner space (with a little child labor). 🙂
We picked up my friend Amanda from the airport at 11 p.m. (she was due to arrive at 8!)
Friday we decorated the reception (we finished about 3o minutes earlier than expected! Everything worked out so well!)
We had a bridal luncheon at On the Border with the cutest cake! (the ribbons coming out of the side were bridesmaid charms…each girl pulled one out of the cake to reveal her “fortune”….love, luck, adventure etc.)
We had our rehearsal (sorry..Mom took all those pics…) and rehearsal dinner at the bowling alley! We ate wonderful BBQ (even if we were a little crammed into their party room) and then bowled a few games and it was SOOOO FUN!

It was a house divided theme….
Look at my precious cousin/ringbearer Luke bowling!
Me and some of my girls…
Tyler and some of his pledge brothers.

OMG I just can’t believe its today! See you on the flip side!
