Tasty Tuesday! Skinny Crab Salad

I usually bring my lunch at work.  It varies from leftovers, wraps, canned soups, to whatever I might throw together.
I threw this crab salad together and it is soooo yummy!  I wanted to post the recipe (mostly so I don’t forget how I made it!)

I served it stuffed in little mini sweet peppers, but it would be great over lettuce, on crackers, or however you wanted to eat it!

Skinny Crab Salad (makes 3 servings)…a little over 1/2 cup servings
-1 package (1.5 cups) of shredded crab meat (I use imitation shredded crab.  I use the Aquamar brand at walmart in the refrigerated section…but canned or fresh real crab would work)
-1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
-1 tablespoon brown mustard
-1 tsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
-1 tablespoon minced dried onion
-2 tablespoon chives
-1 tsp cajun seasoning (or more to taste)
-3 tablespoons mashed avocado (could leave this out, just add more greek yogurt)

Mix it all together and eat!

Nutrition info: 150 calories a serving, only 18 carbs, and 4 grams of fat!  GREAT lunch!
