Our third day started with the Caesar’s Palace Bacchanal Buffet for breakfast. We had a Groupon for a deal, and OH MY. This buffet was HUGE. I’m sure it would be good for lunch or dinner, but breakfast was AWESOME. There were tons of “brunch” foods like pizza, sushi, seafood…but also breakfast foods like homemade donuts, red velvet pancakes, and breakfast quesadillas.
The best part was the dessert buffet! Oh goodness. We ate ourselves silly.
Literally. We left breakfast and went back to the room for a nap. We were so full.
After we woke up we headed down to the Venetian to see the gondola drivers and do some shopping.
After shopping, we decided it was pool time. Harrah’s pool is “rooftop” on top of the 2nd floor. It was a lovely sunny 95 degree day, so perfect for the pool.
The pool view was great. They had a swimming pool and a wade pool.
Behind us, you could see the High Roller, which was neat.
After the pool, we headed down to the Aria to see Zarkana by Cirque.
We somehow ended up with front row seats. We were excited.
The show was AWESOME. So many neat things in the show.
After the show, we were going to walk down to New York, New York for more Shake Shack, but we passed Bobby’s Burger Palace (another Bobby Flay place) and decided to try it.
Bobby makes his burgers “crunchified” with potato chips on top- a neat touch. The burgers were great- I had a New Mexico with green chilis, pickled onions, and queso. Tyler got a Cuban burger with ham and swiss.
We took a drive down the strip afterwards and ended up back at the hotel.
